I figured the trade section is the best place to ask around, so: are they still "active"? I haven't heard about or from them in years. did they cease their activities with the rise of mr duterte? I've heard some gross stories about davao while he was mayor there. any input, especially from philippinian traders, is appreciated.

Not sure but back in the 90's I figured it was one guy from Davao City that was ripping people off and using the name & address of friends and family.
