Looks like a legit guy just selling his collection. He has 100% feedback, only 10 feedbacks out of 268 were as a seller, so most of his feedback was from buying stuff from other people. If he was a bootlegger, I would imagine he'd have more feedback from selling and I would think it would be the same stuff getting sold over and over, not a bunch of different stuff.

Just my opinion, I've never bought or sold with him.
