It's not in the queue, it's been rejected.

Why?

Unless the mod who rejected it specifically remembers your review you probably won't get an answer to that here. Presumably it was either deemed not up to scratch or didn't follow the guidelines in some way. Don't you have email notifications set up?

Alternatively, you could try posting it in the Review feedback-thread. That is, unless you wrote it directly to the review submittance-window. You didn't, did you?

If he did, I have a feeling we might have a clue on the reason for the rejection...
