How long does it take for the admin to get back to you about a submitted review? Even if it was rejected I'd like it back to edit. I've waited over a week for a submitted review on Absence Of The Sacred's Era Of The Apostate. Just wondering.

It depends, it seems that we are all rather busy right now. It might well take up to two weeks in some cases. Patience.
