hello.i understand and respect the rules of the site and because my previous attempt was rejected for no physical release i would like to know if i can submit the band now.the band signed a record deal a couple of days ago and cd's are getting printed atm.should i wait for the actual cd to come out or can i resubmit now?the band is http://www.facebook.com/conspiranoiaband thanks.
