The forum isn't used for preliminary questions like this, if you're unsure of the acceptability and have read and understand all the rules, by all means submit them and if they don't cut the mustard then they won't be accepted. With that said, if the band in question doesn't have a physical release yet, then the answer is no, the will not be accepted until the official release date.
