I have been trying to help weed out the Unlisted bands list, and was working on artist "Tommi" Ostertag. His unlisted band, Millenium of Twlight, does not have a working website or social media site, and no listing in the wayback machine. The only thing I can find for the band is this interview with Powermetal.de. However, it clearly states in the "Add a Link" pop-up that links to interviews are not allowed.

I'd like to add the link, as it's the only tangible thing I can find, but I don't want to blatantly ignore policy.

Interview links are still permitted for bands who have virtually no other source of info on the 'web; therefore, I believe a similar exception should also be made for unlisted bands.

I'd say it's acceptable, but I'd like to hear another mod's input too.

If there's no other info to be found, it should be fine. Don't forget to put an "(in German)" in the link name, though.
