I couldn't find another thread for this so I assume this is the correct place to post this question... please forward me if a thread exists.

When I login to the chat room, I get a message saying "You are banned from the channel #metal." I'm pretty sure I'm not specifically banned since I've never used the chat room... I've messed with it a bit, reloaded, etc. Am I missing something? Thanks.

Nope, on my laptop. I've been playing with it and appears that I get logged in sometimes because I can see the user list, but then kicks me off after a few seconds and gives me the same error message.

I just crosschecked the banlist with your IP and it appears that you are a casualty of one of our broader bans. Feel free to send me a PM next time you try to login and we can sort it out.
