Ok, brother is DARK AMBIENT, but in the ENCYCLOPAEDIA METALLUM you have at least 19 bands of DARK AMBIENT and other 170 bands who plays DARK AMBIENT mixing other styles.

So can I be in the ENCYCLOPAEDIA METALLUM please?

Regards.

Encyclopaedia Metallum; the Dark Ambient bands in the Archives are here under the side-project rule or due to special circumstances when it comes to the LLN-scene.

Or a few are exceptions...

Anyways satanic_terrorist, your bedroom ambient will not make it. So no use in trying:P

His newer works sound more metal than some of the stuff on here.

You wont add him but you will add Winds of Plague, As I Lay Dying, All that Remains, Carnifex, and Killswitch Engage?

At least he supports a real genre, but he isn't allowed on? These bands are money hogs.

Necrosadik is more metal then those posers. A lot of music made in bedrooms can be more metal then those money whores.

And if you dont accept bedroom projects, then what is Exhaled Life doing on Metal Archives?

Just saying...

Ummm, you just responded to a thread that was three years old. ._.

Anyways, MA doesn't reject bands based on the fact that they're "money hogs" and "posers"; likewise, not being one of those things is not a free pass to being accepted. Bedroom projects are allowed on the site, but they're held to the same standard as everything else here: they need to be metal, and they need to have a physical release. Based on what the conversation that's taken place above says, Necrosadik is a dark ambient band and not a metal project (and a quick search on YouTube confirmed that nothing has changed for the project in between 2009 and now).
