His upcoming debut solo album has leaked (either today or yesterday). It exists, and is going to be officially released on September 30th on Century Media Records (this was announced by NEVERMORE and Loomis himself, probably Century Media too). Whether the album is ever actually released or not, it doesn't matter, because it exists, right? Some bands never release anything officially and are still considered real bands.

upcoming = no release yet

Wait until the official release date occurs. The rules are quite clear on this.
