I'm sort of new here, but I went over the rules about submitting bands, and I submitted my band it won't show up.

I haven't gotten any e-mails yet about it being accepted/rejected.

We play slam death/grind.

Can someone help me out a bit?

What's the name of the band?

Your band appears to be in the submission queue.

Really?

I've only submitted it once.

The way it works is that once a band is submitted, it sits in the queue until a mod comes along and verifies that it is metal and has had a physical release and if he is satisfied the band is then allowed in the database. From my rather limited experiences, it can take a while for this to happen.

When you say the band is "internet-based", what, exactly, do you mean?

EDIT: Never mind. Further investigation suggests that it doesn't matter. This won't qualify for the Archive -- Rule #7 (a made-to-order CD-r does not constitute a release), and very questionable musical content. I'm sorry.
