Hey everyone, this is my first post here so I don't know what the general feelings towards MySpace are but ...

How about putting songs samples up on bands profiles? This would be particularly beneficial to the more obscure/unsigned bands, allowing them to boost their profile. I know most pages have links to song samples anyway, but some people are just downright lazy =D.

What's the point when there are places like Myspace, Mikseri.net, Jamendo? Who's going to host the samples? The already-crammed MA server?

Sorry, it's a nice idea in theory, but it will never happen. The bandwidth required simply isn't realistically available, and also I'm sure there would be copyright nonsense to have to deal with.
