I dont really know where to address this, but these questions are meant for webmasters or moderators.

I. I can't always define band's genre just by listening it. So do moderators check bands genres (bands which are submitted) accurately? Or should submitter add somewhere (perhaps to additional notes?) temporarely his suspicions about band's genre(s)?

II. Was the band named Discore which got rejected the japanese hardcore act or some other? Because if it was the hardcore act, I got a band with a same name which is definitely metal. So how can I submit it?

you can use the sticky thread here "WHY WAS BAND X REJECTED" and ask questions about rejected bands but also about a band whose genre you cannot define correctly or don't know if it is metal enough
