I've been using this website for a while and a feature I would enjoy having is being able to search for bands/band members based on musical instruments. A bands page already lists what instrument each member plays, so I think it would be possible to be able to filter that (but then again I don't know how difficult of a change that would be on the back end).
The reason for this is that I have been interested in different bands that use some unique instruments, that aren't usually used in metal music, and would like to find more easily!

I think this is an excellent idea, I would definitely use it.

Ironically, this was a feature that was available (if unintendedly) in V1 that got lost in the transition to the modern site. Would love to see it back!

If you searched an instrument using the Lineup search, it would show up. Go ahead, give it a try!
