Are the guidelines outdated? On the archives there is a band called "Zone Eater" that doesn't seem to have any physical release, and no digital full-length album either. While it is clearly written that: "If the band does not even have a physical demo or a digital full-length album, just forget about submitting it." If the guideliness aren't outdated, does it mean that Zone Eater and the Band I want to submit, shouldn't be on the archives? Or can I proceed to add the band I want to add?
