I tried to submit this band, which activities are unknown from early 2014.
Its name is Evil Clutch.
They just recorded two songs in a demo quality, which we can hear in their ReverbNation account.

The thing is: you rejected them because there was no physical release, but they just recorded two songs as digital and probably these tracks cannot be purchased.
What should I do, then?

Please read the rules on what constitutes a valid release. The band is unacceptable at this point. The only thing you can do is wait. If they have split up without ever releasing anything, too bad.
