If an American band releases an album a few days earlier in the EU than in the USA, which release date should be put on the albumpage? The 'native' (USA) release date or the earliest release date (EU)?

A band I recently submitted has this problem (they have been rejected because of both dates still being a little more than a week away). Can I re-submit them on either of those release dates?

Use whichever date comes first. But be sure to outline the different release dates in the additional notes.
