I was going to submit the band Thy Row but it is blacklisted. It sounds like hair/glam/heavy metal to me. Maybe with a good hard rock side, but definitely more metal oriented. I might be wrong tho.

But overall looks like it has all the site requirements. Not an extreme metal band, but metal enough.

Blacklisted based on that album for being more rock than metal.
