Yes, two times.

He is veeeery slow with sending out orders. The first time I made an order I waited one month after I made it, and still no package. I asked him where it was, and then he had forgot to shipp it, and then it took 3 more weeks to get it.
The second time was very slow to.

Don't think I will make more orders there, but you will get the stuff. It only takes a hellish long time

question: is death philosophy from the US reliable?

Ordered at least 10 times there in the past years as the prices for vinyls and CDs are usually among the cheapest one could imagine.
Generally he is definitely much slower than all other distros and it also happened that stuff was missing or false items were sent but it was always possible to find a solution that worked for both.
So I will order again in the future.

Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it. Ordered the Burzum Belus LP there when it was released last year.
Then I received a message from him that he had too many pre-orders but didn't receive the requested number of copies from PHD and he couldn't fulfill all orders so I wouldn't get a white vinyl though I pre-ordered it 2 months before the release.
Then I saw him selling dozens of copies of the white vinyl version on Ebay, maybe he saw that most distros were sold out immediately and Ebay prices were constantly increasing and he could earn more this way than selling it for the regular price of his pre orders.
So I wouldn't call this rip-off, but an extemely customer unfriendly and greedy behaviour. He continously lists rare vinyls on Ebay but always ends the auction early, maybe because he thinks he doesn't get the price he expects.
