Anyone tried ordering from DAP666 Metal Store from PERU? http://dap666.webs.com/patchesembroidpress.htm

Any feedback from them?

I'm also interested in what the average wait time for a Hells Headbangers order is. I ordered a Destroyer 666 LP, which just shipped today. Not counting today, it has 11 business days to arrive before I go down south for a week and change. Since it's a record too big to fit in my mailbox, I can't help but wonder what will happen if I'm not there to pick it up for a whole week...so it arriving beforehand would be the best case scenario.

get it sent to your local post office, or get a stop put on your mail so the post office hold it, can you do that there?

Never had reason to check before now, but I'm sure something can be arranged - ah, there it is, right on the Canada Post site. If it doesn't arrive on the last postal day before I leave, I can get them to hold it, looks like.

I made a pre-order there about a month ago on the Graveland Immortal pride lp and two Graveland shirts.
Should be shipped out on Monday.

awesome and you should make your local postal service do as much as possible for the hellish fees they charge, ours just hiked their prices again, that's twice this year postage has gone up! :nono:
they also removed economy international mail.

Great! I will buy the Immortal Pride LP too. It is my favourite Graveland album (haven't heard their all albums though). I will also order one of those shirts. I'm not yet sure which one because they both look amazing.

I paid on June the 9th and went for the cheapest shipping option. Yesterday I found a note in my mail box from the post office about a package which I have to pick up, so it's probably the one from Hell's Headbangers. That means it took a bit less than a month.

not bad! i made my order last night, my first one too
i used a couple of their 'packs' to get a better price, i even got a free cd: perversor 'demon metal'
false economy though really, spending $66 to get a free cd but having to *pay more for shipping ha ha
i was a bit miffed they had no vomitor [left?] in stock

*not for the perversor but for the others to make the order up to $66

dreadmeat, I went by the post office today and got my package. It was indeed the one by Hell's Headbangers and everything was well-packaged and as described. Waiting time was from 9th of June - 7th of July.

Unfortunately I got the notice Friday evening when the post office was closed and then I had to wait for the weekend to be over since the office is closed during those 2 days as well! Tough luck. :-P

What shipping method do you use forestcorpse? I went for the cheapest one and it had to cross the Atlantic.

A very good distro! I have made many orders with them, perfect service every time. Actually waiting on a package from them now, it was shipped today ;)

Some good labels I have used lately:

Drakkar Productions ( France)
Pagan Flames Records (USA)
Obscure Abhorrence Productions ( Germany)

All of them are very reliable!

ohio to auckland in about 8 working days is really good.

the packaging was ok [1 layer of bubblewrap then inserted into a flat rate cardboard mailer] i'm not sure how much the actual postage was though.

anyway HHR 10/10 :-D
i think they have a guestbook for feedback? i'll go look.

edit: yes they do, replete with syrian spammers! ha ha

So I proof myself with my 1st order from them that they are reliable. No problem at all.

Another good ones that I ordered lately:
- Necroshrine from Germany http://www.necroshrine-shop.de/
- Heidens Hart from Netherlands, as many people said too http://www.heidenshart.nl.nu/

Not sure if this counts as distros but the Amazon seller "nagiry" uncorrectly lists South American and Russian CDs as regular editions. On the other side "zoverstocks" is a perfect seller.

Bad experience with Dunkelheit Produktionen. I ordered three cds more than a month ago, and I only got them this week, after I sent them an e-mail. And one of the albuns came with a scratch, many songs aren't played because of it.

The seller fastmetalcds on the Canadian Amazon site does the same. That said, their prices are stupidly cheap and the shipping is surprisingly fast (if you live in Canada), so...you get what you pay for, I suppose. They're great if you're not too concerned about which edition of something you'll be getting.

I'm not too concerned about which edition I'm getting most of the times. What I'm concerned, all the times, is getting the edition that is listed. I'm that picky.

Hehe, indeed. Anyhow, placed the order and everything went totally fine. Didn't see that they didn't process orders with one items only to begin with, so ended up buying Black Sabbat - Paranoid 7" as well, but can't complain. :p
