The album is Martwa Polska Jesień by Furia, probably my favourite black metal release I've ever heard.
The translations of the song titles are:
1. Above Me Fog
2. Black Day, Black Night
3. Blood in the Colour of Amber
4. The Day of the Blind
5. On My Body I Write My History
6. Winter Is Coming

@peterpessimism: I don't speak Polish but I recommend that you ask for a translation over at http://lyricstranslate.com/
Probably someone will help you there.

since the album's songs are in polish, I *think* he's offering the english translations, to be added to the album notes. but they're there already :)

I was asking for a translation of any of the songs on the album into english, but i'm checking out that website Sciera recommended. Thanks.

First laugh of the day because of this comment, thank you aloof, its nice to being the week in a good mood. :D :D

And yes, this web is a better option because Polish is a rather complicated language and google translator suck balls when you have to translate someting into a difficul languate(translations to Basque are hilarious, believe me).
