I ordered the Drowning The Light / Vampyric Blood split and a patch from them around October last year, but it never arrived.
After a few e-mails sent, they finally messaged me and told me that they were going to ship me out a second order; and it could take a while since it was shipping from AUS to US.
But here it is March of the year later and I never received anything.

Has anyone had problems with this label or is my parcel stuck in customs?

I only ordered once and my patch arrived fairly promptly. I doubt any of the problems are label based, but then I can't say for sure. Maybe just customs or rubbish like that.

I can vouch that the people behind Seance wouldn't intentionally be messing you about, the problem most likely comes down to a customs issue.

The Official Good/Bad Distro Thread is worth a look.

It's just a bummer, I've counted it a loss at this point.
No blame for the label.

I concur with the above. I've never had any problems dealing with them.

I guess I was more curious as to whether or not anyone had ever lost a parcel through air mail like this?
In retrospect I feel they did everything in their power to try and compensate me.

Maybe a silly question but have you tried tracking it?
Have you approached your local post office too?
They may only keep undelivered stuff for xxxx days before returning it so it'd pay to check as soon as possible.
They don't ship by surface mail from AUS do they? I'm pretty sure it's just air mail.

I was going through the e-mails we sent a few days ago and I never received a tracking number.
Unfortunately I'm no longer local to the address it was being sent, I moved halfway across the country.
I did a change of address but haven't received anything so far.
And yeah, it is just Air mail.
