There are about 6 remasters of LZ if i am correct. Which one is the best?

1. Original
2. 1993 Jimmy Page
3. LZ Box 1 and Box 2
4. Japan 2008 Remaster
5. 1980 Barry Diament Remaster
6. [Rumored] [To be released, mostly] 2013 Jimmy Page Remaster

Which one is the best and why?

I am new so don't be unnecessarily rude and co-operate, please. If i am wrong, tell me and not spam me.

From the locked topic:

Based off what I've read, the 1990 LZ Box set (1&2) or the Japan box set seem to be the best-sounding. The original CD releases were poorly transferred (claimed to have been rushed) from the vinyls.

Though, perhaps you'd be best to wait 'til the 2013 remasters come out.

Any ideas or rumors about the first release of the 13' remasters?

Hmm, well, interestingly enough, 'Houses of the Holy' came out 40 years ago on March 28th.

And the 45th anniversary of the band is happening this year too.

Hopefully we get some new info soon.

So shall we be expecting House of The Holy Remaster [HoTH]? But since HoTH was one of their later albums why don't we have LZ I II III IV remasters and deluxe/expanded editions???

Hopefully, Jimmy Page uses this year's anniversaries as excuses to remaster the back-catalogue.

I really don't know though. I've been reading a bunch of forums, and nobody seems to have any new info.
