I am not creating this thread to hear why or how you "know" he is still alive or why he should burn in hell or so on and so on.
All I want to know is what are your personal opinions on the whole situation.
Please be respectful to others opinions,we are not in second grade.

Nobody is right in this case. What his department did was terrible, and not surprising (They do shit like that constantly!), but going after people who had nothing to do with ruining his life was just terrible.

Killing the daughter of one of the people responsible for getting him fired from the LAPD still carries his message, compared to if he just shot some completely random guy on the street. Not saying he was right to do such a thing, though.

Funny how this event made the SoCal citizens more terrified of the police than of Dorner.

I think that was an interesting case. Clearly, Dorner was coping with emotional trauma of some kind but his manifesto reveals a man who was trying to abide by principles and a moral code and was fairly intelligent but may have been lying to himself in part and couldn't live up to his ideals.

Although I didn't interview the guy nor am I familiar with the case, it reminds me a lot of borderline disorder cases I have known, coupled with a depression. The guy wasn't as organized or badass as he liked to pretend or he could have had a much longer and effective run.

As far as the corruption he alludes to, I'm kind of pissed that more reporters haven't started fact-checking the manifesto in its entirety. Yeah, I know I shouldn't be disappointed because reporters rarely do their job but you'd expect in a case like this, they would go beyond the fluff. This is an opportunity handed on a silver platter for any investigative journalist to make his or her mark.

I don't know how much of what he says was truth, lies and misconceptions.

But I know one thing: The LAPD clearly wanted this guy dead. Shooting ordinary citizens? This is despicable. I hope that, if anything, the whole Dorner thing will help clean up the LAPD's act.
