Ok, maybe this is FFA material but I "feared" it might get lost or not enough views to
really be of help. Hope this is ok to you mods...

I'm looking for a knitted olive/black striped sweater/pullover, basically a commando
sweater but just with stripes as worn by Dum Dum Dugan in the Captain America movie.

Here you see it "in action" :)

Many google searches I did turned up with no result but maybe I just searched wrong (?)

So, if any of you has an idea where or how to look for it or knows a shop - please let me know!

Thanks in advance,
Mausling

Maybe perhaps get a Freddie Krueger jumper and dye the red stripes green.

I ain't going to lie, that's a fucking sweet sweater. It looks like you're looking for a striped turtleneck. Google only comes up a couple results, none are an exact ping. That was probably specially made for the movie, or purchased from some unknown fashion designer/store, since they don't need a massive amount of them, they either bought or made a couple.

I found one without turtleneck for 110 bucks :/ I even would pay that for good quality but the shop is outside germany
and if it maybe doesn't fit it would be too much hassle with sending it back etc. For such a price I have to actually put it
on and see if it fits perfectly...

Anyway, my mother-in-law is going to knit one for me now :D

Google 'wooly pully' and you'll probably find something cool for not too much cash considering it's still a very common style of sweater for military service uniforms. (I still have mine that I got issued at Parris Island and have never once worn in 2 years.)

Not sure how easy it'll be to find one with stripes.
