Any Rush fans? I love them a lot. However I don't know if this is a good thing or not. The thing I don't like is that Rush is no longer a cult band. Also I don't get why groups like Public Enemy would be inducted...they have nothing to do with rock and roll whatsoever. Do you really like the idea of Rush being put alongside them?

It's nice that they finally get the recognition they deserve, even if awards like these are kinda biased and pointless and generally lame. But in the end, who cares as long as they're still writing killer music? I still get parts of their last record stuck in my head a lot.

Oh jeez, for crying out loud... They weren't exactly a hidden gem before. Rush are awesome and the rest doesn't matter.

Not only were they NOT inducted (which is apocalyptic levels of blasphemy in itself), but they were the only nominees to not be mentioned at all in that article! THEY EVEN MENTIONED FUCKING CHIC.
