From Christmas Eve! I've had long hair since I was about 12 years old, but decided to go short 1 1/2 years ago, can't say I have regretted it.

Here I am climbing Tenpozan, the smallest mountain in Japan, standing a staggering 4.53 meters above the sea:

You mean Tenpozan? Not long at all. There was no one else there for a long time so it was actually really annoying waiting for someone else to come by to take my picture at the actual summit.

The lower parts of Fushimi Inari Taisha are crawling with tourists but it thins out a lot as you climb further up the mountainside.

I've been told that at any given moment a shit ton of people want to take the same kind of "orange tunnel" picture making it real difficult to get a good shot.

Nice clean look, but don't let that beard get super big or I'll be forced to take action.

Relaxed is definitely the word. That was at Diamond Head National Park. Really fucking awesome place to camp. Our campsite (where I'm sitting there) looked directly onto a beach. Really nice both falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of breaking waves. Awesome trip, and now more camping trips are planned

That sounds fantastic, mate. If I had friends that enjoyed camping I would like to do that, even if just more locally down south. Glad you had a great time, though.

The government began a program of cutting the antlers off to reduce injuries back in the 1600's and they've been doing this big antler-cutting ceremony ever since.
