I am upset I was not here for the life-altering moment. Somebody must be blamed.

I also missed the introduction of 'Forum Enforcers'?

R2D2 found it frustrating getting his message across to MAer's who were only interested if he could order pizza and icecream on Alderaan, and was the Princess wearing any knickers.

Moderators for a single forum. Tony (Metantoine) was the 'Rec Rambo' for a while before being promoted to moderator, I handle the musicians forum. Tony was a regular in the recommendation forum, and none of the moderators really read the whole forum, so he was given the ability to punch people in the forum. None of the forum moderators are musicians AFAIK, so they don't keep up with the musicians forum, so I'm the hall monitor there.

I think a requirement for being an enforcer is that you need to like hockey and be a giant, going off of what Tony and I have in common.

Tony punched me once. Since then I kind of developed a speech impediment.

Mindshadow, I'm pretty sure I could have stated exactly what you did in less than half the space.

So, I think you can start by not typing so fucking much. Good god, man.

He edited his post twice too. Probably for maximum effectiveness.

Or you can triple check your work before you post it? Like normal people engaging in internet discourse do?

Yeah and last time I wrote that much I timed out or some glitch happened and just didn't fancy writing that lot again.

.. or having to revert to other means

It's a combo deal with me, I have never found bald or super short buzzed attractive, and short like a boy is only attractive on black girls I find. I've seen maaaaybe one white girl who pulled off the short hair look, whereas I don't think I've ever seen a black girl not make it look sexy.

But hey, when you look like Igor, you can't get picky.

It's those round, luscious heads black girls have. A girl with a head shaped like a pear isn't going to make it work, regardless of skin color.

Check my last post in the Beer thread :) Yes, it's an amazing beer, one of the best in the world.

I hear their "Nocturn" is excellent too. Despite seeing nothing but praise for it and it being widely available around here, I've never had either

Thank you, Metantoine. I recently got a bottle, and I'm really looking forward to drink it. Hell, 9% sounds like some serious business.

Also, just to clear another doubt, how about Belgium's Judas??? I also got one, and I haven't decided yet whether I drink it or just put it on my CD shelf, since it is awesome to look.

Also mindshadow, I don't really want to exacerbate whatever arguments currently going on about your posting habits, but have you considered posting this type of stuff on another forum? While the thread might be called a "free-for-all", I think it's really meant to be more for lighter more conversation-like discussion.

I was staying at my friends house over christmas once, and we had no food one day, and couldn't be bothered going to the shop at that point - On the basis that beer is "near enough food", I had a pint of guinness for breakfast.

I still have the occasional Jager and lemonade with breakfast on an undemanding day, much to the odd glances of my flatmates.

Any one every notice that Metallica use the line "Fuck it All and No Regrets" in not just the song St. Anger but also in Damage Inc.?

I guess they said "fuck it", and judging from their sales numbers they have no regrets in doing so.

People make fun of him because his posts are content-free while being pretentious at the same time. It's really that simple.

Update: thoroughly un-sick now but still with no internet at my house. I kind of like it that way though. Good to get away from the 'net. I used to be really addicted to just hanging out online all the time, so it's nice to just not have that hanging over me all the time. I've been watching a lot of movies in my free time. The Night of the Hunter? Pretty much awesome.

Been listening to Accept's Blood of the Nations, too - forgot how cool that one was. Too long, yeah, but the musicianship and songwriting are first rate.

Right on man! Check out their new one when you get the chance, it's almost as good and the pacing and lenght are better.

I have no interest in listening to the new Six Feet Under, but I like that cover artwork. Maybe not the use of orange lettering on the black background, but the image itself is pretty cool.

So today I translated all of Ningen-Isu's song titles and added the translations to their MA page. Huzzah! What a productive hour that was.

Goddammit, justice must be done!
