TNG, DS9 and VOY spelled the story of my relationship with my ex. Started out great and we loved watching TNG together. By DS9, things weren't quite as good but we still enjoyed it, for the most part. Some episodes were rough and nowhere near as good as the TNG episodes. By VOY, the end was nigh. We got through a few episodes, but never made it out of season 1.

Starting the 2000s series of Doctor Who, I know it's trendy as fuck right now but hey, it's a pretty damn good show so far.

New Season of Louie has kicked off awesome. Latest Workaholics was funny as shit, and Futurama's still pretty decent. That recent Alan Partridge ruled, Archer is amazing right now.

Watched a few episodes of that show Brack recently: worst cartoon ever. Saw Adventure time too and it wasn't great.

Ah! I was seriously just coming here to post that. I actually just caught a couple full episodes for the first time the other day and thought they were hilarious. I don't know why it's taken me so long to check his show out, I've always found his stand-up to be one of the most uproarious routines I've ever seen.

Also been watching some Home Improvement reruns. Its got its hits and misses, but for the most part I find it quite funny.

There are a couple of shitty ones in each of the early seasons, but I thought they were vastly outnumbered by the good ones.

Yeah - glad you like those shows. Both have been great so far. So there are like 4 shows i love currently showing and IASIP is starting in a couple months too. Haven't heard anything about another season of Curb though.

I love it's always sunny too. It's probably my favourite show on right now (well comedy wise, because Breaking Bad exists.) I figure I should probably give Curb a shot since you dig it and we seem to had similar tastes.

Yeah i've been rewatching a lot of IASIP lately, after a long hiatus. Great show. Mac is so hilarious. Breaking Bad is definitely tier-one drama - up there with Sopranos, Wire, Band of Brothers, etc.

My favourite character is Frank. He's so delightfully crazy and I feel they've been underusing him recently. This season had more misses than the other ones but I'm optimistic for the next one.

Yeah it definitely had a few misses for sure. I feel they didin't develop the plots and such more at the writing phases. Some good ideas but not really carried through as strong as they have in the past. You know that historic episode 'The Gang Cracks the Liberty Bell'? I reckon they should do another special type episode like that. Another historic one. They could set it in colonial times, or any other periof of history. That episode was great. Frank and CHarlie as lowlife thieves. Cricket as that poncey British general hahah.

Hahaha yesss. Mac and Dennis pretending to be noblemen with the whistley accent. Them blowing Crickets head off. Lots of good moments in that one. I think one of my favourite episodes is Mac and Charlie die. Them trying to blow up the car was priceless.

The photo slideshow with Bon Jovi's 'Dead or Alive' playing is brilliant. hahaha, i wish i could find those photos, enlarge em, and hang em on my wall as posters. That one of them with cowboy hats posing on that motorbike, hahaha.

I didn't like the Liberty Bell episode much, it was actually one of the few episodes that I had trouble going along with. My favourite part of that one was the deleted scenes where they spit of Cricket like 20 times, hilarity.

Just started watching Traffik (1989). Seems pretty interesting so far. Definitely get the feeling it's going to turn into something pretty awesome.

The Nightman song is fucking amazing and I almost cried with laughter the first time Charlie was coming up with the lyrics.

Ehh...? We been watching the same show? As far as these kinds of British cop shows go, I found it a tad too American with all the silly serial killer angles and season-spanning hunts and serial killer-as-friend type of deals. And good god! The dumb, two-episode story at the end of the first season? I almost didn't watch the last episode because I'd seen that kind of stupid thing done so many times already. Seriously, I don't know why I keep watching. Well, I do. Idris Elba.

Re watching Fringe. It's awesome, I had forgotten how intense this was. So far watching season 2, and though I didn't watch season 4, I'm so looking forward for the last (yes, the last) season. I'm so excited to know whats left of our universe and more crazyness of Dr. Bishop.

Rainy day today. Catching up with Breaking Bad by going through the last 4-5 episodes of season 4. Pretty hardcore. Can't wait to see what happens next season.

Ted and Walter Jr. were the greatest characters. Everyone knows that.

hahaha. watching the tail end of se4 yesterday I've come to the conclusion that Walter Jr. and the actor who plays him sucks. All he ever does on the show is put in his two cents in family discussions where he acts like he knows what's best - he's always disagreeing with Walt and trying to argue his shitty opinion, even though he's a complete tool and oblivious to the big picture (has no idea how much of a boss druglord his father really is), but beyond that - he's just a sheltered kid with no life experience to formulate any worthwhile opinion.

Pretty much. The running gag between me and my buddy is making fun of his suckitude after every episode. Walt gives him a few drinks, he pukes in the pool. Literally half the scenes he's in are just him eating breakfast.

Ted won me over with his pathetic death scene. Such a brilliant lame death. Pretty much of all the characters are hateable, and none of them make good decisions about anything, that's one issue I've always had with the show.

Don't forget him trying to buy booze and getting busted like a fucking weak amateur a few seasons back. What a pathetic display. Hahaha driving a PT Cruiser too. Loose butthole.

you know, the kid that actually plays Walt Jr. has Cerebral palsy... just thought I'd be the dick that brought that up. Anyways, I'm definitely not missing the season premier, My guess is Walt's gonna die (of cancer) this season. I think everybody that's up-to-date on the series hates skyler, especially after season 2. The noticeable plastic surgery didn't help my opinon of her at all. Mike is by far my favorite actor in the series. He reminds me of "The Wolf" from Pulp Fiction

I think that was the inspiration for his character, actually. And obviously Walt is going to die, that's the entire point of the series.

If you're referring to my post, It's not really a spoiler. You find out he's dying in the first episode. And the creator of the series has repeatedly said he's going to die.

Yeah, well aware the dude who plays Walter Jr. actually has cerebral palsy. Still one of the greatest flaws in the show though. His whole character is just poorly conceived and poorly realized. Really contributes nothing at all and just goes round in circles with his constant "Dad is wrong, i know best" claptrap.

I don't think they should kill him. If it's already decided it'll just make things less exciting. It'd be a good surprise if he doesn't anyways. You'll be able to see it coming a mile away, and it'd kill the excitement. Other dudes should get killed.

Yeah, it's kinda like with the new Batman movie, everyone has already kind of accepted that the main character is going to die, and that has kind of ruined it. Walt is a pretty unlikeable asshole though, so I'm not sure if I really want him riding off into the sunset. Maybe just have him homeless, lonely, crippled and worthless, and let Mike or Jesse or anyone else likeable take over.
