Yeah i've heard a few good things about that show the league before, though i doubt it's my cup of tea, i'm still interested in checking it out. Been watching Married With Children again lately. I love when Al and Jefferson team up making fun of Marcy. Jefferson often laughs at Al's crushing one-liners, then abruptly stops when glared at by Marcy, hahahaha. ZGot me thinking it'd be rad to have a No Ma'am tshirt, as well as a Polk High #33 Bundy jersey. PS Christina Applegate is amazing looking. As always.

I'd recommend you just watch the episode mr. mcgibblets and if you don't like it then the show probably isn't for you.

I lovers Married With Children! Totally trashy but always good fun. Jefferson was indeed funny but I prefer the Steve character. Him and Marcy both went well together. I just watched the episode where the in-laws drop off that kid. Basically abandon him. Al's reaction to the situation was pricless.

Christina Applegate is divine.

Anyone catch the latest Breaking Bad? Thoughts? Theories?

Looks like Jesse is on board with Walt in regards to knocking off Gus. Someone else may very well beat them to the punch though.

Watched in and the prior episode last night, but i'm horrendously sick with some flu at the moment, so i passed out and had feverish dreams halfway through. Will rewatch it today and get back to you. I'm on Sopranos season 5 at the moment, rewatching the whole series for the 10th, 20th time or something ridiculous. Also watched some episodes of Food Jammers this morning - havent watched the show in ages. Recommended for those of you who like Culinary shows - especially with a difference.

Well yeah i watched that episode. Looks like shit is shaping up hard too. The investigation front with Hank, the Jessie/Walt alliance etc. pretty hardcore.

Checked out a few episodes of Sons of Guns on the Discovery channel. It's kinda cool. Basically these guys do modifications and custom work on firearms and such. (their shop is called Red Jacket I believe) The last episode I saw they tricked out a grenade launcher with a suppressor and improved the gun's accuracy. I thought that was rather badass.

^ Fuck! Sounds like my kinda shit. I watch a lot of that sorta shit. Tales of the Gun is a History channel series that's got quite a lot of episodes and is avaailable on the internet for download. There's a couple of R Lee Ermey shows too, i have an episode of one of them - where he screws around with weapons and such. That reality show Top Shot is okay, but it's obviously cheesey the way it's laid out like Survivor, but with guns, and bows and paintball fights and shit. That plus a cuntload of war/military documentaries and docutainment shows. I will definitely scour the web for this show though. Cheeers.

Some interesting developments for sure. Sometimes I wonder if Jesse even wants to kill Gus. I think he recognizes how toxic Walt is to him, but they are stuck in that shit together, so he hardly has a choice.

It's Murphy's Law. If something can go wrong it will. Jesse is still shellshocked from killing Gale. He's in a fuckin haze to be honest. But he may be the only chance at taking a shot at Gus. Unfortunately, that chance will be slim to none. Do you notice how different Walt and Jesse are in that regard? Walt has become quite accustomed to dispatching human souls. Jesse on the other hand has a much more difficult time with it.

Oh yeah, it's good to see Hank back in action. He's damn near back to his old self again.

Just watched the first season of the show "Workaholics" Anyone else catch this?

Pretty funny show, a lot of drug taking and the main characters being shitty people. Lots of awkwardly entertaining moments and generally a pretty great show.

Lately, I've been watching Spider Man the Animated Series, from the 90s. It's so much cooler than I thought it was as a kid. It keeps up a pretty fast pace, with interesting season arcs. Guest appearances from many heroes from the Marvel Universe, such as the X-Men, Dare Devil, and the Punisher.

On the downside, due to budget constraints and expensive CGI backgrounds, the studio began re-using animations/altering the speed of some animations to fit new situations, so the visuals can look very glitchy at times.

But overall, I'd consider it my second favorite super hero cartoon. The best, of course, is Batman the Animated Series.

Ah man I loved that show when I was a kid. Would love to see it again. You watch it on youtube, dvd or did you download it?

Started watching Curb Your Enthusiasm. Half way through season two at the moment. Wish I watched it earlier. Totally my humour. By the way has anyone watched the Uk Office? One of my favourite series in the way that they have that really awkward comedy while still containing serious moments.

Yeah the UK Office was a smash hit and it seems like everyone got into that show eventually, in the few years after it came out. It's great and all, and totally reinvented comedy shows really. Shows like Parks & Recreation are completely derivative of it, clearly, not to mention the pretty lame American version. While i'm a fan of the show, and have rewatched the entire thing over the last couple months - i dunno why it clicked with such a wide audience while other quality British sitcoms remain fairly obscure. Guess it's pretty accessible.

Yeah I've watched a good few episodes of the American one. Its ok but just not the same. Well its obviously more slapstick. Just the characters aren't as strong. Though I do like Steve Carell's character.

Yeah American versions are always totally dumbed down and commercialised. They use tired cliche formulas too like "the black guy" and rely on zaniness or slapstick more. Dunno, that show offers nothing really. It just feels like another American sitcom like any other, with a ripped off premise. Ricky Gervais would have made a killing from that one though - more than he made off his ultra-successful British one, probably.

Isn't Ricky Gervais a producer on the American version? I've only seen a couple of episodes of the British version, but I like the American one much better. Rainn Wilson is the better Dwight

Just re-watched the first season of Arrested Development. Amazing

The 4th season for Sons of Anarchy aired last night. If the first episode is any indication to the overall direction the show will take it is definitely on the right track. I felt that season 3 was rather weak and just failed to make an impact.

Shit, wasn't even aware it was coming out soon. Will probably go download the episode today or something. Not the best show ever, but worth a watch for sure. The last season was a bit lame i reckon.

DDR, I really enjoyed it. Surpassed my expectations. Last season was lame as fuck. Your right, it's far from the greatest show on earth. I find it entertaining and fun though. Lots of murder and mayhem in the premiere. Good stuff.

Almost done the Drew Carey show. Granted, its nothing close to being top tier but I enjoy it for what it is. I also like the improv episdoes where they get Wayne Brady and that girl from WLIIA (us version)

That kinda stuff is what the show was founded on. Guns, killing people, fucking, hijacking, boozing, fucking, stabbing, shooting, fucking, repeat. HAHA

Last season was a pussified soap opera (for the most part). Looks like the writers of the show intend to put things right.

I got the first episode of SOA but havent watched it yet. Last season was boring and shitty. Let's keep up the spoiler protectors for that show and BB please.

Also: stoked Colbert is back after that hiatus.

I don't think I divulged anything did I? By the way the new Breaking Bad was awesome. But you already knew it would be right? I think this may be the most consistent season so far. With that in mind. If I were to erect the Church of Walter A. White would you attend? :-D

Spoiler: show
That scene with the sniper was intense. I loved how Gus just marched right into his crosshairs. Fuck yea! Oh, and that brawl between Jesse and Walt was good too. Think they are going to kiss and make up? I want to hear some whacked out theories and meth induced revelations people.

The new SOA was good. The direction they are going in this season seems to be a good one.

Spoiler: show
The town of Charming is becoming increasingly vunerable to corporate developement. And we see the club moving farther and farther away from their beliefs and overall standards. Everything that SAMCRO was founded on has been traded in for plain old greed. Clay wants to cash in big before he passes the gavel down. He brokered a deal with the Mexican Cartel (behind the clubs back) to run guns and coke for a massive profit. He is literally (and physically) losing the grip of his leadership over his men due to the deginerative arthritis plaguing his hands and his back-room dealings. It looks like Prince Hamlet (Jax) wants no claim to the descending throne either. I am sure that will not stick for long though. Will be interesting to see how it all pans out.

No i was merely showing an appreciation for the fact you hadn't. Havent got round to watching the last 2 Breaking Bad's yet - though i have the episodes. Will catch up on that, and the SoA stuff and get back with a post. Yeah - season has been pretty solid thus far - good that theyre ending it on a high note rather than fading into mediocrity in the true American tradition.

Yeah It's pretty awesome. I also love the fact that Danny Trejo is in the show, he's so badass.

Danny Trejo is pretty legitemarre eh. So it's official - new IASIP is out. downloading it right fucking now. Mac as a fatty? Fuck yes.

Also - been checking out a few more episodes of The Critic - mostly because of how many people involved in classic Simpsons actually worked on the show. Always knew there was a connection, but watching Simpsons audio commentaries on some DVDs i have talked about it heaps - so i figured it would have to have something to it - considering those guys are involved. It's actually prety good. And i've always thought Jon Lovitz is the shit so yeah. Got quite a few episodes now (slowly acquiring all of them) and i really think it's quite a nice show. Really relaxed. Won't knock your socks off, but enjoyable - it is really not anything like The Simpsons at all, even less so than expected - the humour doesn't really seem to echo, or the writing in general.

Did y'all niggaz SEE the new Breaking Bad? I thought the last episode was awesome, but tonight's episode was just too much.
Spoiler: show
The ending of the episode was probably just the most despairing moment in Breaking Bad history. I was too involved in both the Skylar/Beneke and Walter's constant protecting his own neck to realize that they would intersect in this way. I honestly have no idea how Walter could manage to save his family's life without getting the rest of the money he needs from Jesse. Which just seems too improbable now...

GOD I LOVE THIS SHOW

So I watched the Terra Nova pilot... it's pretty much as I expected. An interesting idea/premise... pretty much ruined by cheesy, banal writing full of clichés, plot holes, sappiness and a super predictable plot. Not to mention the pretty awful CG. Those dinosaurs, especially those at the beginning, were really terrible. I know it's a TV budget, but with Spielberg's name on it, you'd think they'd have enough money to have special effects at least half as good as those from 15 years ago? Oh well.

I watched it was well. Had Brannon Braga's slimey scent all over it.

I did, think the visuals were pretty great for a TV show, though...

I suppose they were not bad, really, and some of the landscapes were pretty nice-looking, but I still can't believe a movie from almost 20 years ago has significantly better-looking dinosaurs than modern movies and TV. Also, sometimes the actors were so obviously in front of that "blue screen" that it kind of made me cringe a bit. But the effects weren't really the biggest problem, it was the sheer predictability of the writing that turned me off.

I watched the new episode of Dexter (which is online, go watch it and be illegal!) It was pretty good, but for a season premier, I dunno, it could have been more. Some weird religious undertones that I imagine will be expanded upon throughout the season, and I'm not sure how they'll develop.

Oh well.

Letz goan huntz sum dynasores mang!!!! Yeah, that one looked pretty fuckin weak. Not a surprise though when you consider that there are only about four good TV shows currently running on basic cable.

Has anyone here seen Falling Skies??? It looks like it could have some potential. Would like to know if it's worth watching.

I watched the new episode of Dexter (which is online, go watch it and be illegal!) It was pretty good, but for a season premier, I dunno, it could have been more. Some weird religious undertones that I imagine will be expanded upon throughout the season, and I'm not sure how they'll develop.

So, that's already premiered, huh? I dunno, Dexter hasn't been too good since [spoiler end of S4]
Spoiler: show
Rita died
