Website: http://www.demonhoodprod.com/

We sent a wholesale pre-order inquiry for the Deathtrip LP early last November. The label responded within one hour and we sent the payment the next day. The LP has been out for about five weeks now, they haven't arrived and the label hasn't responded to our last two emails, the most recent attempt being over two weeks ago. I wrote him an unrelated order inquiry from a different email address and he responded within one hour...

The order was for 5x copies of the regular edition and 1x copy of the special. Total loss, 84 Euros.

What country are you in? they are in Norway
By what method did they say they would ship? surface mail takes an age to arrive from anywhere [months] and the number of LPs you ordered will weight quite a bit
I think the time to make a claim with Paypal is long gone if you made the order in November 2012

Try hitting them up on Facebook, they seem fairly active and other people [customers?] have commented in there too

Found OP's thread at NWN. Popcorn worthy stuff:

I have received my order from Demonhood. I looked closely but none of the date stamps are legible so I cannot confirm if the package was sent before this thread (as Demonhood claims) or after the thread. I will say that based on how slow other international packages have been lately, it is reasonable to believe he is honest in his claim that the order was already on its way when the thread was started.

In my own defense, if he had taken a moment to answer any of my multiple inquiries, this thread would not exist.

I am not the same poster as "invinCIBle", but this order was from both of us so that we could save money on postage. Therefore, the arrival of this package has satisfied both of our outstanding orders.

Anyways, even if not a rip off, Demonhood Productions seems more than a bit unprofessional when handling inquiries. Eh, will probably order anyways.
When I do I'll post here about my experience.

So he's quick to process orders [take the $] but slow to respond to queries.
