If you're emailing me please include your username, it can get pretty confusing if you use a different email/username/name etc
A suggestion would be be to sign your name at the bottom of the email and add your username too.
For Paypal payments do the same so they match up, Paypal use your real name which is unknown to me, especially if you aren't using your own account to pay!
It just makes things easier especially when we are in different time zones, having to ask for the info can add days to the deal bouncing messages back and forth trying to extract information.
It's not rocket science.
