The performance will take place at the Elbo Room on Valencia street in San Francisco on July 27th 2012. Bone Awl will be backed by the mighty Cirrhus (Portland) and raw black metal upstarts, Verglas (making their first US appearance all the way from Montreal, QC). Tickets will be available night of the show, for $8.

It's probably going to be a crazy show.
Verglas is worth checking out, you can easily find their tapes on Tour de Garde

This is an awesome show but it's competing against an Autopsy, Ghoul, and Noothgrush benefit gig just across the bay. Any chance of more Bone Awl bay area gigs any time soon?

doubtful. Bone Awl don't seem to play live often anymore.

There will not have another show in the bay soon for sure. Anyway I don't think that those who really want to come to the gig will be affected by this "benefits show" of Autopsy, we'll hope there's not too many tenderhearts in SF.

Also, that vocal recording pic confirmed what I suspected: SLK records shirtless in a sweaty caveman-like delirium. You can almost hear the man stink in the recordings.

Been without the net for a few days but there's a thread on it languishing in the Metal Discussion somewhere. Anyways, hope to see some of you dudes there.
