You know, I probably wouldn't bother paying to see any of these individual bands live, but all together? To the Bottom Lounge I go!

And so I'll be going to Worcester May 11th (and it's far apart enough from the Iced Earth show that I can get myself up there for that too)!

Nice to see a Pittsburgh date. I'm sure this will be an amazing show. I just hope Behemoth play some old shit live.

Got my ticket for Pitt. Wanted to got to Behemoth/Watain when they were supposed to tour last year (IIRC), but no dice. And I'm currently digging In Solitude. Can't wait. Hopefully Watain goes all out for their live show like I've been lead to believe they do.

I'll be at the Vancouver date. It's a shame the venue's kinda lame, and it really surprises me they're not playing one a little bit bigger. Still, I've been waiting forever to see Behemoth so I'm not gonna miss this.

Two California dates and I can't make it to either. Damn school.
I don't think I've heard any In Solitude yet. I'll check 'em out later.

Damnit!! I remember being so excited to see Behemoth and Watain a couple years ago when they were supposed to come through Lawrence, KS a couple years ago, but they had to cancel the tour because Nergal got leukemia...while I'm glad that Behemoth is back and this tour is happening, I'm pissed that I'll be missing it because I'm in Australia now! ARRRGHHH oh well at least I got see Absu and Portal recently...

lol, I like the Rickshaw when the top floor is open so I can blaze up there in peace, watch the band on the stage below while that sweet green cloud wafts down. btw If I go to this show I'll be the guy in the Diocletian Doom Cult hoodie most likely.

Anyone living near Detroit want to go on a road trip? Either the Columbus show, or the one on the following day at Mr. Small's.... maybe both. Would possibly be up for the show in Chicago that weekend instead, but I don't know yet.

Really? i saw Joe Satriani there like 3 years ago and thought it was one of the better venues. Great setting to see Satriani at least. I heard in the summer they rope that whole power plant area off and you can go from bar to bar. Pretty sweet.

As for the Behemoth show, there is a slight possibility i would see them at the Troc in Philly.

Watain is pretty great. Not sure why but I tend to overlook them a bit. Seeing them live sounds fun indeed.

But honestly, having seen Behemoth before and being ignorant of the Devil's Blood, I am more excited to see In Solitude.

I wonder what to expect from this lineup? I mean, Behemoth will/would be great to see for the first time, definitely. Watain is good, though I'm not much of a black metal fan.

After that is there anything else on the bill that is worth seeing? Devil's Blood = hard rock. In Solitude = heavy metal. :(

The Devil's Blood is AWESOME. I just listened to them earlier, and it's like Ghost. You can just hear the acid in their songs.

Bah! Once again a tour hits up the west and east sides of Canada only to skip these damn desolate praires. You'd think Edmonton and Calgary together would be worth making the trip.

Oh well, maybe next time.

Let's all remember the sweetest part about seeing Watain live: they cover the stage in rotten animal heads and hundreds of candles. I saw them at Peabody's in Cleveland last year with Goatwhore (though it was supposed to be Behemoth) and the inside of the building smelled so bad from the 15 or so heads and rotten blood that they left a pretty sizeable door open (mind you this is December) and the place was freezing. Honestly I can't imagine a more perfect way to see a black metal in person, you probably should be freezing and it should smell clearly like straight death. I managed to get some blood on me too.

The venue wouldn't let Watain do the full show, so they only had candles and smoke. No blood or animal heads.

I'd only go for The Devil's Blood and In Solitude. Don't care for the other two.

Definetly want to see The Devils Blood and In Solitude, maybe Watain. Could care less for Behemoth.

Watain not be present for the first 5 shows of the tour. Visa issues. This blows since I was really looking forward to their set.
