Underwall Festival will be held in Zadar, Croatia, from 5th of June until 8th of June.
This will be second year of this festival and there will be 33 bands. I'll list only better known bands here, if you want to see whole list, visit official facebook page.

very cool looking Festival, too bad i wont be around that area then! Very diverse line up which is always good!
