Have you read an official band biography that you thought would help illustrate important information/phases in a band's career—information that's hard to display elsewhere on the page? If so, feel free to post the text or a booklet scan here and, whenever time permits, one of us, contributors, will be up for the task of editing it, making it as concise and neutral as required for publication.

What to post?
- Official band biographies taken from bands' or labels' websites.
- Scans of inserts containing short or detailed biographies, mostly featured on re-releases and compilations.
- Links to rare videos/interviews containing biographical information which hasn't been documented elsewhere on the band's page.
- Excessive band biographies, already published on the Archives, which require trimming.

How to contribute/edit?
- Type or transcribe.
- Abridge bios: retain what's necessary and dispose of any superfluous and self-promotional content.
- Edit texts: correct grammatical/spelling erorrs, divide a text into paragraphs, use internal* as well as external** links when possible.

Erm... the example still exhibits promotional nomenclature and is largely unnecessary as far as MA is concerned. These sort of bios are better suited on Facebook, Official sites, etc.

While I understand your reasoning in the first post, your conciseness in the second seems akin to using a lawn mower to trim hedges. However, with regard to appropriateness, I trust your judgement a thousand times more than I trust mine. I also believe that comments like yours serve the very purpose of this thread, in case it's to be maintained.

Conceived in the early 2000s by Dali Sterniša and Andraž Grahek, the project was soon aborted, leaving behind enough material for a full-length. It's meaningless, since the band is from France and K/Ch- ristendom is quite a universal word; it's self-explanatory.
