Im not particularly asking for metalcore, but any metal that's something similar to this
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYFQ47I_Rmk

Basically: mid-to-fast pace, power metal soloing, catchy choruses, clean singing, harsh vocals, soaring riffs.

Heaven Shall Burn feat. Hansi Kürsch - Valhalla (Blind Guardian Cover) is a mixture of melodeath, metalcore and power metal.

I love this song and it seems to be pretty much what you're looking for. I wish they'd actually do a whole collaboration to record and album sounding like this.

This is an obvious one, but have you tried In Flames' The Jester Race? No clean singing, but a very similar sense of melody.

Heh, not bad. Reminds me of Protest The Hero. A little too chuggy but passable. I dig the guitarwork, but i wish the vocals could be a little harsher, although they do help the guitars soar i guess.

Ahhhh! Blasphemy!

Affiance is what I was thinking and I definitely think you should give them a real try. Affiance is easily one of my most favorite bands ever and the primary reason is the vocalist. I heard them back when their debut leaked and they weren't even out of their local scene yet. The production wasn't the best but the vocals really were amazing (he can also hit really high notes too, like G5). You might like the songs "Peace of Mind" or "Jericho" better. They're more mid-fast paced, more melodic, upbeat songs.

There are some harsh vocals but they're not common. One song might have none, one song might have 4 verses. Not something to bank on but not nothing either.

You may find some bands that interest you in this thread I made: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=88695

Particularly halfway through when I mention A Plea for Purging, Exmortus, etc. Also, this video warrants a mention whenever the phrase "powercore" is thrown around. Really weird stuff, awesome video though.

Check out Mutiny Within. I briefly listened to these guys when they released their debut. It could be what you're looking for. There's a lot clean singing, high pitched screams, harsh vocals, guitar melodies and the proggy/power metalcore sound.

Melodeathy? Look no further:

MyGrain should be your cup of tea. The self-titled album is leaps and bounds ahead of the other "soilworks" and "scarsymmetries" these days.

If you want something more straightforward from them, try Signs of Existence

Power Melodic Metalcore? You'll probably enjoy this Amaranthe or Sonic Syndicate.

Zigoku Quartet/地獄カルテット always sounded like a mix of power metal and metalcore to me:

Unleash The Archers has elements of power metal and melodic metalcore with harsh and clean vocals
