I am looking for progressive thrash metal bands with high pitched clean vocals.
I already know
Toxik
Heathen
Watchtower
Hexenhaus
Hades
Mekong Delta
Realm
Spiral Architect
Spastic Ink
Sieges even
Psychotic waltz

I might know more but that's all I could think of that contains high pitched clean vocals.
Any recommendations with links or if you're too lazy to post links just give me the names I'll check them out myself.

Slauter Xestroyes ? closer to USPM but definitely off kilter

Also parts of Griffin maybe.

And if you find USPM to your tastes, you could explore the vast discography of Helstart and related.

Then you definitely have to check out Immaculate.
Well, they are more thrash than prog, but 8+ minutes songs and complex arrangements should be enough :P Also, their upcoming album will have only two tracks lasting ~25 minutes each, so I guess they're getting more progressive.

You already know Deathrow's Deception Ignored, right? For more obscure ones, Depressive Age (dark emotive stuff sort of like Anacrusis playing German power/thrash), Skitzo (in the very melodic Realm/Toxik vicinity), Target (one their second album Mekong Delta's sci-fi loving younger cousins), Terrahsphere (pretty raw and hectic, but they've grown on me quite a bit), and Skeptic Sense (rough Watchtower-style). Also, more on the thrashy weird side ala Psychotic Waltz, there's Psycho Symphony, Garden Wall (basically only 'Forget the Colours'; their other albums are more progressive metal/rock), and Hypnotheticall (this EP is borderline as progressive/thrash and their later stuff is closer to Pain of Salvation, but it's definitely worth a shot and great stuff).

Wait what?! Atheist Crusade was already a massive step above the one before it; I don't know of any thrash band that has even tried for one 25+ minute song (Mekong Delta got close... (oh wait, I think Sabbat has done at least one, but they aren't tech)) so even if they can't exactly pull it off, it will definitely be very interesting to hear. Cross of Nero is my favorite new thrash song, so I know the potential is there.

This might fit your taste, although it's an instrumental demo version.

Intruder
Coroner (not high pitched, but clean vocals)
Target
Donor
