I'm really new to this genre. The only group I really like is Last Days of Humanity, apart from some harsh noise/gore grind groups.
But keeping it metal and strict to the genre; who is into this and can recommend me some good work?

Well, for starters, if you like Last Days of Humanity, you'll probably like Inopexia, who are an LDOH worship band from Russia: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R4zi5KkH9gA

Now, as for the metal side of goregrind, I'd personally recommend that you delve into some of the chunkier bands with slower and more churning passages: try Catasexual Urge Motivation and Pathologist on for size.

Would you be interested in slightly less noisy / grindy stuff than LDOH ? If so, allow me to introduce Impaled and Exhumed. The earlier stuf from both the bands is rough and ready noisy goregrind with a definite penchant for old Carcass, but they have found their own voice in their last few records. Elements of thrash, death metal and punk make their way into the gore grind mix, but the songwriting is consistent and cathcy (gasp).

Dude, check out the following sick grinders:

Violent Gorge - http://aggressivevalley.bandcamp.com/al ... g-releases

Meatus - http://aggressivevalley.bandcamp.com/al ... e-grinders
(Archagathus is on that split too. They're not goregrind but they rule real hard.)

G.O.D. - http://aggressivevalley.bandcamp.com/al ... rind-kunst

Really just check out everything on Aggressive Valley's bandcamp... it's all rad.

Couple Skate - http://coupleskate1.bandcamp.com/

I'd recommend Lord Gore.

Also, Goratory, although they are more brutal death metal than gore grind.

How do you feel about drum machines? Both Birth & Blue Holocaust are amazing bands if you don't mind the drums.

Birth: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aiFTyMd2n6E
Blue Holocaust: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyaLforxxoU

The Birth one is a split with Hyperemesis, who are also worth checking out if you like the lo-fi punkier sort of goregrind. I also have a couple of slower/groovier recs.

Bile (only one album, Camp Blood, but it's a damn good one): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EepaDvUsj1E
Cliteater: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0p_csdeACc
Hymen Holocaust: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CU5cQPUyWG8

The last two share members if they seem overly similar, and I also neglected to mention CBT because I figure you would know them anyway. Anyway, I have more recs if any of these are up your alley.
