Anyone knows catchy retro (though not necessarily old) bands on these genres, with catchy, the catchiest bass lines?
I'd cite some examples myself but I'm not expert on the subject...
As for vocals I'd prefer something weird (harsh would be even better) but if not possible, at least don't give me those nasal indierockesque male vocals which seem to prevail in every single genre I browse, I hate that.
