Does anyone know anything similar to this track in atmosphere and sound?

That dark atmosphere with electronic touches?

Just an amazing song. Fuck this band is capable of SO much, I really feel like their newer stuff isn't doing their talents justice. But they pretty much do whatever they like, so kudos to them.

I assume you know it, but the 3 full length's before this EP are all in a similar vein with different focuses, namely "Lycanthropen Themes", "Perdition City" and "William Blake's The Marriage of Heaven and Hell".

This one song by Amesoeurs is a bit similar.
Then there is Bohren und der Club of Gore. They don't really use electronic elements but they have the same dark atmosphere, and the music is just as amazing. Lots of jazz influence though.

Hope you enjoy.

Ulver's always been compared to Coil. Never really checked out Coil, but that might be a worthy place to start.

I often look on bandcamp for Ulvers' music, for a long time there was only Shadows of the Sun, now almost their whole discography is available :)

Not saved is very haunting, and like Lyckantropen themes, very detatched, disconnected - an aloofness to human emotions? - like viewing the world through something else's eyes.

Lyckantropen themes is sublime, life from a mind that's free from sentimentality and constant yearning for salvation. When I listen to this I'm a wolf navigating my way home through the dark, dangerous city.
