As The Thread Title States, I'm Looking For A Band That Sounds Like Stormlord, Bal-Sagoth - But With Clean Vocals, Or Even A More Neoclassical Fantasy Sound Such As Azrael (JP)

I Like Alot Of Keyboard And Melodic Guitar.

Sorry I'm New Here So If I Didn't Give Enough Info Just Ask.

Thanks In Advance Guys! :D

Sounds like you'e looking for power/symphonic metal.

Have you heard of "While Heaven Wept"? It's power metal with slight doom elements.

Check this out and see what you think:

They Sound Pretty Nice, But Thats Not The Sound I'm Looking For.

I'm Looking For Something Less "Instrumental" As Far As Symphonic Things Go. - I'd Like Something With The Keyboard More "Up Front" With A Neoclassical Sound Like This:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=36B8tCgJ8Eo

Or Even Something Like Angel Dust's Keyboarding Which Is More To Hold Together The Rhythm Of The Instruments Around It.

Also I Don't Really Care For The Progressive Metal Type Sound Very Much - So Something More Free Flowing Would Be Nice.

I don't know if it's too obvious, but is it what you want?

Stratovarious

Sonata Arctica

These are some of the bigger names of 'fluffy' power metal which seems to be what you are looking for.

Fairyland - Pretty Good Stuff, But I Dislike The Lead Singers Voice
Powerquest - Awesome! - But It Sucks They Are Thinking About Dumping Their Great Lead Singer For ZP Theart From Dragonforce, His Voice Bugs Me :/
Dark Moor - Already Listen To Them Have All Their Albums ;)
Stratovarius - HOLY **** Dude!, These Guys Are EXACTLY What I Was Looking For! + Rep :D
Sonata Arctica - I Own A Couple Of Their Albums, But I Dislike The Singers Accent Personally.
Galneryus - Don't Like Them, They Are Way To Progressive Sounding In My Opinion.

Thanks For The Great Find Of Stratovarius Man! :D

If you like Stratovarius, check out Cain's Offering, early Human's Fortress, Magic Kingdom, Heimdall and for a general thread recommendation I'd say Manticora can fit the bill nicely.

I Like Cains Offering ;) - Strato Member Being In It And All :D
Humans Fortress - Voice Is Way The Hell To Low For My Liking
Magic Kingdom - Ok I May Like "Flower Metal" But They Just Convey Rhythmic Cheesiness :P
Heimdall - Like The Vocalist - But The Sound Isn't Technical Enough For My Liking.
Manticora - Just Not The Sound I'm Looking For - Not Enough Keyboards Used As Fronting And Abit Progressive As Well.
Skylark - Pretty Good Stuff! - I Just Wish His Voice Was Abit Higher - But Nice Rec! :D

Falconer - only albums with Blad on vocals. They have a nice mix of fast and slower/mid-pace songs, and Blad has the voice of a god. The middle two albums are okay, but the first 2 and most recent 2 are superb.

Rhapsody/Rhapsody Of Fire - first band that came to mind. Very epic sound. Start at Legendary Tales and work your way to the present. Don't forget about the awesome EP Rain of a Thousand Flames.

Symphony X - I recommend The Divine Wings of Tragedy.

Blind Guardian - don't recall if they were mentioned already, but they are one of the greatest bands of all time. Somewhere Far Beyond is a good starting point.
