Looking for music (doesn't matter what kind) that includes lyrics of anti-religous nature.
Not anti-religious in the stereotypical Metal way of using Satan as a metaphor for opposition or anything or any "kill the christians" crap, but purely secular lyrics about the evils of religion and its detrimental effects on humanity.
Lyrics scrutinizing the logic behind religious narratives are also appreciated, so long as they serve the same cathartic purpose of condemning religion.

The closest I can think of as an example would the songs "A View From The End Of The World" and "Remnant: March of the Undead IV" by Machinae Supremacy.

Lyrics:
Spoiler: show
I battle with these demons
as I toss and turn at night
A bitter taste in my mouth
And then a blast of blinding light

I see it all laid to waste in a view from the end of the world
Five billion souls incinerated in the doom of the gods

600 years of progress lost because of you
Can I get reparations to make up for this abuse?
I want some flying cars, a ticket to the stars
Or even just a world without religious wars

But this bitch ain’t stacked in my favor
We race towards the end of days
And while you pave way for your savior,
I fear the rationality of the faithfully insane

Still a credit to your ruse,
what a beautiful excuse
To never open up your eyes and see the things you lose
Just climb the beanstalk when you die and meet the giant in the sky

Lyrics:
Spoiler: show
In the eye of the storm
Our brief refuge ‘til dawn
Just close your eyes until it’s over

All the faithful ones
pray for a benevolent god
All the faithful ones pray for

God, (is) this who you are? Your ‘will be done’?
then you have gone too far
Tell me, the sun remains only so you’ll see the pain
that you have caused?

There is blood everywhere
In this godforsaken place
Dead walk the streets of our cities

Each day that was one more tomorrow, is a gift
For those who fall will meet their fate
Run for your life no time for sorrow of regret,
For those who die all walk again

The lyrics must at least be somewhat intelligible. At least to the point where you can understand them and follow them after reading the lyrics.
If you know any, please share.

Marilyn Manson, especially their "Holy Wood" album.

I gotta say the best band I can think of for this is Deathspell Omega. While I'm not very knowledgeable on religion or even pay attention to lyrics (in most genres) as far as I'm aware of their lyrics are very heavily influenced by the actual gospel with the relationship between Satan and God and are known to be highly accurate.

Worth a shot at least.

In an strained attempt to contribute to this post rather than making fun of it, I will say that I find DSO pretty hard to understand without having read the lyrics

Any tracks in particular you reccommend?

Why make fun of it?
What is it you find so ridiculous about it?

The lyrics you posted just seem super goofy and not all that intelligent. One of my biggest gripes about the metal community is it's sociopolitial opinions, especially concerning religion. But I dont want to rant or debate this here, message me if you want to discuss this further.

To be fair, I said they were the closest I could think of. Not exactly what I thought of. :P

Maybe I misread the post, sorry. I don't think DsO is particularly anti-religious in the sense that you're thinking of, but they definitely have a heavily influenced orthodox Satanic theme. Their lyrics actually tie in with the events in the bible if I'm not mistaken?

Anyway, in the song "Phosphene" from Paracletus the lyrics go like this.
"Rejoice, for tonight it is a world that we bury!
Have you beheld the darkness sitting upon the earth
Overshadowing the wind rose, lost in the smoke?
Thus many went astray at once
The others wandered hazardously through endless mazes
The rays of the sun whisper of a newborn fright
And very few horrors in the world could match in terror
The cruelty of that frozen caress and its fragrant secret in blossom

They bend their tongues with a long drawn sigh
Licking among the vilest ordure a few drops of hopeful water
They bend their tongues for this divine balm
Remains of an aborted covenant gone astray in desert waste

The bleak sterility of these buds belies their fragrance
A pestilence that permeates the vastest plains with frightful odours
Among these foetid marshes wanes the echo of a promise
Hope stumbles amidst the solitary shades and loses substance
Facing the glowing darkness whilst ravens croak for doom
The other worlds on high sent us a harbringer
Ignis ardéns – He breathed on them
and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost.

Assaillis par les myriades fourmillantes des phosphènes célestes
On se recueillait dans le silence de son départ"
