So, what I'm looking for is pretty much like Nargaroth's "Herbstleyd". Passionate 90's black metal that gives you nostalgic chills. Atmospheric stuff that makes you escape from reality. Any ideas?

For nostalgic, Drowning the Light. Check out 'The Serpents Reign' and 'Blood of the Ancients'. For atmospheric stuff that makes you escape from reality... Darkspace I guess. Very spacy black metal.

Nah, no Darkspace. I mean raw, passionate stuff that gives you a nostalgic throwback, early Nargaroth makes me feel like this.

Definitely Wedard. Most melancholic and nostalgic band I've heard in the black metal genre, along with Veil.

How about Karg's debut? Reminds me of Nargaroth at times, though not the album you're talking about.
