I am looking for black metal that uses primarily acoustic or clean guitars. Im not talking about a few acoustic breaks here and there. I could listen to just acoustic music, i understand, but i want shrieking harsh black metal screams over it.(if such a thing exists)

Think Falls of Rauros's "Into The Archaic" album.
I also know of Uaral, and i wouldn't mind something like that but with more black metal vocals.

Sorry for the lack of bands to compare what i am looking for to, but i just dont know of any. Not sure if a thread like this existed, i tried a search but had no luck.

Uaral's Lamentos a Poema Muerto. Amazing album, almost all the music is acoustic, with really powerful shrieks/growls over it, and some spoken passages. Not quite black metal, but it should do the job,

Herbst sounds like exactly what you're looking for, but for extra ridiculousness look at Aaskereia.

I've also been looking for acoustic black metal lately.
The only example I know is the acoustic version of
The Burning Eyes of the Werewolf by Satanic Warmaster

Check out Borknagar's Origin. Very beautifully written black metal album that is primarily acoustic.

Jahresringe might be worth checking out. Very calming and soothing black metal, with very little distortion used on electric guitars.

You may enjoy Wendess. The song Par le Vent sounds like what you're after.
