Hello, i am looking for painful, emotional sludge/doom metal with painfully clean or scream vocals. It should be melodic , but not too sweet, and dirty as well.

Here are best examples:

Crowbar - Planets Collide

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-LNFCTMs24

RWAKE - "Leviticus"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BnsjYTw9j6s&feature=fvst

or this

I also enjoy listening deadbird's work.

Unearthly Trance - Season of Séance, Science of Silence

Hardhitting grimy sludge doom. Some epic cleans here and there, killer riffs and generally very dark and misanthropic sludge. Good stuff. This album is is different than the other things they've released.

Warning? They're traditional doom, but you can't get much more depressing than them.

The album Memento Mori by Withered sounds like what you are looking for, especially the song Within Your Grief.

I'd suggest High On Fire, especially some of their older stuff. More sludge than doom, but the tone I think fits what you're looking for, maybe.

Definitely more on the sludgy side, but some Acid Bath might fit what you're looking for, especially songs like Bleed Me An Ocean, Venus Blue, or for harsher vocals Finger Paintings of the Insane or Jezebel.

Now playing: Candlemass - Bewitched

Maybe have a try with:

The Atlas Moth - "A Glorified Piece of Blue Sky"
http://www.myspace.com/theatlasmothband

It's not completely awesome but worth checking out definetely. It has three different vocal styles, it's both melodic and raw and offers many interesting ideas which promise a great follow-up album (I think...)
