I love 1349 and am having trouble finding extremely fast brutal black metal with cleanly produced drumming.

You might like the Orcustus full length that I just put up a review for. It's not as good as 1349 but it's in a similar vein so might do the trick.

Download (or purchase to avoid being a poser) IN BATTLE's 1997 debut album, it's fast as hell black metal. It's my understanding that they morphed into some sort of bad death metal band, but worry not. The debut will appeal.
Also, Deathcode of the Abyss are fucking amazing.

Crystalium - Doxa O Revelation should be good. Great drumming, good production, fast and aggressive music.

Order from Chaos might fit your needs. I'd also give bands like Archgoat, Blasphemy, and Morbosidad a try since they fit your general description.

You may enjoy Infernal War's Redesekration. It's insanely fast, and the vocals spew bile.

I hope I'm not being an ass, but avoid In Battle. They fucking suck.

You should give Gräfenstein a try. I have only heard their Silence Endless output, but I doubt they have changed their style much on their latest one.

Setherial from Sweden, definitely. While I'm not a fan of the blasturbation and relentless stuff, this band kills and are much better then 1349 IMO.

They have that signature Swedish BM feel, but it's all good, because they kick ass.

Dark Funeral (any should do, they're notorious for fast drumming on most songs - go with Diabolus Interim or Vobiscum Satanas for starters, though Secrets of the Black Arts isn't too "slow", either), Marduk's Panzer Division Marduk and, if you don't mind some slower (i.e. mid-paced) songs, War / Total War (Sweden) were produced by Peter Tagtgren, so those might do the trick for you.

The only other thing that comes to mind is Dissection's The Somberlain or possibly Watain.

You are not being an ass, they do suck NOW. But the music on their debut fits exactly what the original poster is seeking. You have heard the S/T album, yes?

if you're into that swedish brand of blasting norsecore, you might also want to try blot mine (who were in fact related to setherial and the likes).

Setherial is a must although I'm not sure the drums are as clear as you'd like.

Eld (Nor) - Primeval Vespers has killer drumming by S Winter and good production. Maybe not as brutal as you'd like.

Enslaved - Eld is a monster for drumming but not exactly black metal.

Mayhem - Wolf's Lair Abyss will suit you well.

Tsjuder - Desert Northern Hell is worth a try.

Seconded.

And, I know there's quite a bit of bands people have suggested, but if you take one suggestion here, listen to Sturmkaiser.

Fucking hard-hitting, warring black metal. Amazing drumming, melodic riffing, vairied and interesting. One of my favorite new black metal bands, hellish and energetic. Check it.

This thread needs more Krieg, Cobalt, and Summon! All three of these, especially later Summon, are exactly what you're looking for.(Sorry for being the typical USBM lover.)

You surely have to get some Endstille. They constantly release the fastest stuff around with nice clear production. Particularly Dominanz is absolutely amazing.

Also, the guys who mentioned Antaeus are spot on.

I think Temple of Baal fit the bill of speed, where they add some punkish vibe, but fail the clear production part.
