I'm looking for some Goregrind with pitch-shifted vocals, like Rompeprop, but focus more on gory lyrics than sexual lyrics..Any suggestions?

But to answer your question, the first two Last Days of Humanity albums and (obvious) Carcass's "Reek of Putrefaction".

It's grindcore too but Rompeprop doesn't sound like Carcass. Try Cock and Ball Torture.
