For years I've been mesmerized by Scald's masterpiece, Will of the Gods is Great Power. I haven't been able to find anything nearly as emotional, captivating, and powerful. Are there any bands similar at all? I'm not looking specifically for doom bands, just something as immense or powerful.

I bought By Honour as soon as it was made available. Gjallarhorn are new to me, however. A project of members from Doomsword, eh? Looks good.

Gods Tower, maybe?

The vocals are different, but the music is pretty epic and powerful.
