I've only recently gotten into the whole folk/black metal scene (less than 2 years), but I've come to love some of the elements of the Eastern European folkish-black metal. The use of more nontraditional instruments and great, steady riffs make me want more.

Definitely check out Ancestral Volkhves "Perun Do Vas!!!" Their first album isn't so good, but "Perun Do Vas!!!" is awesome and, I think, very similar to Hromovlad. A few songs feature Masha from Arkona, if that's a plus for you (it is for me).

Grazi for Ancestral Volkhves.

I do enjoy Arkona, and I also have a bit of stuff from Skyforger, Perunica, and Piarevaracien and like that.
